Together with the Organizing Committee, Target Conferences has arranged for a participation

package which includes: sharing arrival and departure transfer from/to the Antalya airport, welcome reception, 4 overnights with dinner at the Grida Hotel (on a shared room basis) including half board (commencing with dinner November 2, and ending with breakfast on November 6).

Rate per person sharing twin room US$ 270

Supplement for single occupancy US$ 80

As this is a package, no refunds will be given for nights not taken.

Supplement for single room US$ 20

Kindly complete the enclosed Registration/Accommodation Form and return with deposit of US$150 or full payment at your earliest convenience.

PAYMENT

Payment for accommodation reserved through Target Conferences Ltd. is to be made (less deposit paid upon first booking) upon arrival at the Hospitality Desk at the venue, with a 3% surcharge. However, if full payment is made together with the reservation (or at least one month prior to arrival), there will be no surcharge. Target Conferences Ltd. accepts travelers checks and Eurochecks and major credit cards.

Official check-in time to hotels is 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION

Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Up to 90 days prior to arrival – full refund of deposit, less bank charges

Up to 60 days prior to arrival – cancellation charge of US$ 50 per room

Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund of deposit (US$150)

TRANSPORTATION FROM/TO ANTALYA AIRPORT

Sharing transportation will be arranged for all workshop participants and accompanying persons purchasing the workshop package. In order to avail yourself of the service, please ensure that you send Target Conferences your exact flight arrival and departure details to/from the Antalya airport on the accommodation form. If you register prior to purchasing your flights, please make sure to send Target the details at least 10 days prior to your flight.

SHUTTLES FROM/TO THE HOTEL AND THE CITY CENTER/BEACH

Complimentary shuttles can be arranged with the front desk at the hotel. Moreover, the hotel is situated on a frequent bus and shared taxi service.

- Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

- Target Conferences Ltd. does not coordinate shared accommodation.

- All transportation and tours are booked and all transportation and tour arrangements are made on the express condition that Target Conferences Ltd. shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever.
