The Grida City hotel has been selected as the workshop venue. This hotel is located 5 minutes from the city center and a short drive from the beach.

Form and payment received

Before September 25, 2008: US$ 300
After September 25, 2008: US$ 350

Fee for participants includes: Participation in scientific sessions, program, coffee during session breaks and 3 lunches

Payment for registration fees must be paid directly to the Secretariat and can be made by check,

bank transfer* or credit card. Kindly refer to the registration form for details.

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participant/s and Workshop are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund policy is, upon receiving notification, as follows:

Postmarked until September 25 - full refund less US$ 50 handling fee

Thereafter, no refund

LETTER OF INVITATION

Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Workshop. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants in raising travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to fund the requestor’s trip.

VISAS

We suggest you confirm with your travel agent whether you will require a visa to Turkey.

CLIMATE AND CLOTHING

November is usually considered the end of autumn, yet the temperature in Antalya should still be

pleasant during the day. We suggest you bring a jacket for the evenings.
